Saving the world.

We take our responsibilities to this planet very seriously – and we have plans to save the world!

Our Sustainability Drive

The science is irrefutable. But like David Attenborough, we are optimistic. We can make a difference and we can encourage others to do likewise by our actions. We aim to put Sustainability at the core of everything we do and every decision we make. To this end we have B Corporation certification firmly in our sights. We want to be part of the community of leaders, driving a global movement of people using business as a force for good. Our performance will be measured against the triple bottom line: People, Planet, Profit.

The Sladen Butterfly Fund.

Talk is easy but it’s actions that count. Using the ‘earning to give’ rationale we work hard to make a profit that we can put a healthy slice of straight into the Butterfly Fund. The Fund aims to support organisations around the world who are furthering the cause of our chosen UN Sustainability Goals: ‘Clean water and sanitation’ and ‘Life below water’.

How can the Butterfly Fund help these organisations? Well, our strengths lie in engagement, change management and creating movements – which is exactly what is needed to turn the world around. Using our core skills of coaching, facilitating, teaching and consulting we want to create the change-makers of tomorrow. To nurture influential and successful individuals who together will contribute to building a sustainable and thriving planet.

We want our butterfly to flap its wings and create ripples around the world.

How we will help

The UN’s Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) should make all of us stop and consider our impact on the world and find ways to make a more positive contribution. The biggest way Sladen can play its part, is to focus on working with our ‘Sladen family’ to galvanise action and create a multiplier effect through our clients, partners and relationships.

The Butterfly Fund will support our two chosen SDGs to achieve their aims: No. 6 ‘Clean water and sanitation’ and No. 14 ‘Life below water’.
